The native boronia, grown on the coasts of Tasmania and Western Australia, is a floral, woody fragrance with green and fruity overtones and a velvety sweetness. It has a short blossoming period of just 3-4 weeks every late winter, making it one of the costliest materials for producing perfume.
This exclusive scent is a combination of two different boronia fragrance oils, blending sweet flower notes with jasmine, musk, tuberose and sandalwood to create an original aroma.

Namesake
Louisa Anne Meredith was a Tasmanian writer, illustrator and one of Australia's earliest photographers. She was reported to have photographed some of the last Tasmanian Aboriginal people, but although there is evidence of her process, none of her photographs have survived. Her wildflower drawings won medals in exhibitions in Australia and overseas, and the boronia scent pays homage to her unique contribution to Tasmanian life.
