To create the desired dish, melt butter or EVOO in a pan, add the contents of the jar and gently mix until the rice grains are evenly coated. Stir the mixture for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat while adding 1.5 liters of high-quality chicken or vegetable stock.
Enjoy the risotto as is or add a garnish of fresh parmesan shavings and a drizzle of truffle oil for a decadent finish. Leftovers can also be used to make aromatic croquettes or arancini coated in panko crumbs.
