This recently-introduced recipe proved to be so popular that Papandrea have included it in their Piccolo range; we trust you will appreciate their decision.

Sichuan 'Pepper' is derived from the seed husks of the prickly ash tree, which is native to China. Though the famed numbing effect of the pepper does not persist during the curing process, the Salame retains a distinctly zesty, 'citrus pepper' flavour that is sure to delight the taste buds. This recipe combines the Sichuan with free-range pork and a splash of Shiraz.
