We are Dec and Dom Keating, two brothers with a passion for great food.
After growing up in North East Victoria, we relocated to Melbourne. Coburg is now our location of business and a place we can both call home.
We decided to create Keating & Co. Condiments after discovering our shared love for cooking and growing our own produce, but in a way, our business has been years in the making. We’ve always loved getting together with our family and friends and more often than not, those occasions involved preparing and cooking our own food. We would cook family recipes and before long, we were developing our own creations.
“The Co” in ‘Keating & Co.’ is literally the company we keep. The friends, family and any other food lovers we meet along the way. It’s so important to us to be around people who enhance each other’s lives and we hope that’s reflected in the association that people have with our sauces and their food.
We are as natural and fresh as possible. You can taste it. Independent, handcrafted and handmade from a family business, this is important to our customers and to us.
At Keating & Co. Condiments we use the most available and locally sourced produce and ingredients to create flavouring products for everyday use. With the exception of Vinegar, there is no added preservatives or thickeners in our sauces, relishes and spices.
We use a range of Chillies with different levels of heat, our aim is to create a flavoursome product with a nice kick to finish it off.
What we try to get through to our followers and customers is that Sauce, and in particular Keating & Co. Condiment’s Hot Sauce isn’t just something to have on the side of your plate, but something that could turn your meal into a great meal.
