The soft sweet smell and taste of shaved coconut in a thinly sliced biscuit makes for a delicious crunchy treat.
Inspired by mum's Almond Bread, we created the coconut flavour with no nuts in mind. Admired and loved by the kids, we find it pairs great with tea or simply eaten on it's own.
