Our 6 step process to creating the perfect gifting experience.
STEP ONE- Check out our website to make sure our style matches yours. If you think we align, and you love our brands as much as we do, go to the next step!
STEP TWO- Email us! Don't forget to include any inspirational images, links & reference to products from our fabulous makers (or newbies that you think we should include).

STEP THREE- Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch to arrange a time to flesh out your design ideas.
We discuss your concept, we complete a detailed client questionnaire- we get excited! Pour yourself a cuppa & relax!
STEP FOUR- We send you an obligation free quote, project timeline & a digital ‘mockup’ of your personally curated bundle. Once your quote has been accepted, we ask that you pay a 50% deposit, and then we get the actual ‘bundling’ started.
STEP FIVE- Once we have a good start on the project, we will send you the first hamper proof (real life photo), as per our agreed project timeline (generally 2-3 weeks). We will then request feedback from you.
STEP SIX- Exciting you & your clients is our aim, so we go through 1-3 rounds of changes (if required), until you are completely happy. We finalise your project, send you the final invoice and arrange delivery of your products. All done!
